I really don't understand why I'm told that email is the best way to get in touch with my "Service Advisor". Emails are not answered then calls are not returned. Horrific every time you have to have your vehicle serviced. Here is my 4th run in... Called for a service appt of my brand new ram 1500 which has a wonderful whining noise supposedly from the e-t serviced. Here is my 4th run in... Called for a service appt of my brand new ram 1500 which has a wonderful whining noise supposedly from the e-torque feature that has progressively gotten worse. Was told not sure if that is covered? WHAT Was also told we would have a loaner! Get to the dealership at 8am, refused loaner! Told need to diagnose problem first. Ok get a ride to work. Come back to the dealership because no-one EVER picks up a phone call EVER only to be told by Kevin they have not even looked at the truck but will try by 4pm. And then what? Go another day with no car? Since then been trying to call and no one ever ever ever picks up the phone. HORRIBLE More

Had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for multiple issues without a fix. Technician was quick to blame the cause on something when that was not the actual reason for the check engine code. Two weeks l issues without a fix. Technician was quick to blame the cause on something when that was not the actual reason for the check engine code. Two weeks later my truck had the same check engine code. The dealership wanted me to pay a diagnostic fee multiple times until they determined it was covered under warranty. At that point the stated they would waive the additional fee that I had already paid in the first place. They have still not fixed an issue with my tailgate which I have had since the day I leased the truck which I now own. I am very disappointed in the technical services from this dealership and most likely will not use them again. My other frustration was with my scheduled appointment. I was scheduled for first thing on a Wednesday morning and my truck was not even looked at by a technician until Friday going into a holiday weekend. The appointments serve no purpose if they are not going to be honored. More
