Lack of tools. I was told by my advisor Kevin Leahy that the tool they need to replace the timing cover its lost and it doesn't appear in the tools inventory and I was told by my advisor Kevin Leahy that the tool they need to replace the timing cover its lost and it doesn't appear in the tools inventory and they didn't do the work, plus this is the third time I been there for oil leak in the same spot (Crank retainer) but this time they claim that is different Timing cover) that the 2 previous visits. So disappointed!! More

My vehicle was in the dealers hands for routine service on November 30th 2021 (my 45th birthday). And my vehicle was returned to me is worse condition than when I dropped it off. It depreciated with seve on November 30th 2021 (my 45th birthday). And my vehicle was returned to me is worse condition than when I dropped it off. It depreciated with several computer lights. From transmission light on, to check oil enginer to then oil pressure too low. I could not wait for an appointment as the vehicle ceased so I had my vehicle dropped for repair which lasted 3 months with $5k in car rental fees and $7k for a vehicle that was in excellent condition before taking my car to Rockland Jeep. Very dissappointed in the level of car car at Rockland Jeep. More

Kevin L. was great. Kept me informed of updates for the most part. However, the frustrating part of their process is scheduling. I dropped my car off Sunday was great. Kept me informed of updates for the most part. However, the frustrating part of their process is scheduling. I dropped my car off Sunday night for my scheduled appointment on Monday at 7:30am. My car wasn't looked at for 2 days after. I was told this was a drop off time and doesn't guarantee service. Why drop off the car if you can't even look it for 2 days? My only car was held hostage and could have used it and dropped it off before diagnostics if scheduling was better executed. More
