Had my car for 4 days before it was even looked at! In total, they had my car for a week and a half with little too no reason why. When I asked that the issue be shared with management I was told it In total, they had my car for a week and a half with little too no reason why. When I asked that the issue be shared with management I was told it was shrugged off. I would welcome a constructive conversation with management and ownership.
