I hD an 1015 appointment when my brother got there he parked the truck went inside and told them he was there and was going to give them the key which he explained the fob was not functioning it would lo parked the truck went inside and told them he was there and was going to give them the key which he explained the fob was not functioning it would lock the truck start it etc the gentleman who was there told him he didn’t need the fob my brother tried to explain to him the problem he then took my fob and slammed it on the counter my brother asked why are you being so nasty another person said he’s not being nasty then told him he had to wait on line which was around the building even though we had an appointment after 40 minutes on line he was told that was the oil change line More
