Biggest piece of xxxx service I've ever experienced. Little to no communication whatsoever. My vehicle basically has been taken hostage and its costing me $400.00 a week because I've had to rent a car Little to no communication whatsoever. The reason the Dealership received the rating that it did was that when I brought my car in I asked the Service Advisor in the Service dept if my car would be ready by 10am because I needed it for an appoint was that when I brought my car in I asked the Service Advisor in the Service dept if my car would be ready by 10am because I needed it for an appointment that I had & I was told yes it would be. At 10am the Service Advisor was no where to be found & eventually he came back & my car was returned to me. Another issue was that was not acceptable to me was that my seat setting/mirrors were CHANGED! I understand that the seat might have had to be moved when the car was serviced but not erased! More

Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with. Charged for fixing things that weren’t broken and didn’t fix the problem.
