Kevin in the service dept was extremely helpful and resolved my issue without me having to leave my car behind. Slow service! 3rd transmission in 118,000 miles. Each time I had to wait about 2 weeks to get it serviced after determining the problem. Same was true with a new 3rd transmission in 118,000 miles. Each time I had to wait about 2 weeks to get it serviced after determining the problem. Same was true with a new engine installed around 75,000 miles. New owner, same lousy service!! Only 1 transmission guy--what a joke. I'm done with Chryslers & you! More

Biggest piece of xxxx service I've ever experienced. Little to no communication whatsoever. My vehicle basically has been taken hostage and its costing me $400.00 a week because I've had to rent a car Little to no communication whatsoever. My vehicle basically has been taken hostage and its costing me $400.00 a week because I've had to rent a car in the meantime. It's a Toyota Tacoma, and it's a very nice. It might be my next vehicle.. Definitely won't be a Jeep More

The reason the Dealership received the rating that it did was that when I brought my car in I asked the Service Advisor in the Service dept if my car would be ready by 10am because I needed it for an appoint was that when I brought my car in I asked the Service Advisor in the Service dept if my car would be ready by 10am because I needed it for an appointment that I had & I was told yes it would be. At 10am the Service Advisor was no where to be found & eventually he came back & my car was returned to me. Another issue was that was not acceptable to me was that my seat setting/mirrors were CHANGED! I understand that the seat might have had to be moved when the car was serviced but not erased! More
