gave in my car at around 11:30, left it there to change brakes and state inspection (which was way overpriced), the service rap said will have it done around 4 pm and he will call me when done, at 5 I call brakes and state inspection (which was way overpriced), the service rap said will have it done around 4 pm and he will call me when done, at 5 I called no one answered so I called again and again on till finally, I spoke with someone that was not from that deportment and transferred me over to - again voice mail, when I finally reached the guy in charge he answered me "yes come down to pick it up" why didn't he called me that it is ready I don't know, but when I came home I saw that he didn't replace my inspection sticker, now i need to go down again, when people review a dealership and give good reviews is because they are excited about their new vehicle so they give a 5-star review, check their service reviews and see it for yourself, don't look at the overall rating you have to look at their service reviews.
