On 8/20, I brought my 2017 Jeep GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! What can I say that hasn't been echoed in the multiple previous one star reviews. On 8/20, I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for bubbling in the paint on the hood which was covered under warrantee. I also need a 60,000 mile service, an oil change, had a loose emergency brake and a sound in the Rear wheel when I turned. They called me, informed me that I needed rear brakes and rotors, which I agreed to (but am questioning now...) All was good.... until I picked up my car on Saturday. 8/28: First I had to run to the closest gas station because my vehicle was on fumes (and I left it with 100 miles to empty). I got home and tried the emergency brake.... and it wasn't fixed. I called "Susan" the service writer, who apologized and asked me to bring it back. I did and she confirmed it was on the invoice as a complaint from the owner, guaranteed a call back and would make sure the manager was aware of the issue. No call back Monday. I called Monday afternoon and left a message, and got no response. Tuesday, 8/31, I received a call from Susan stating she called and left me a message on someone else's number... thankfully, they called back stating that she had a wrong number. She said I needed a new emergency brake cable, and that it was covered under my warrantee with a $100 deductible. I asked why it wasn't addressed when I brought it in the week before and she said she didn't know. I asked what the manager was doing about it, if after spending over $1400 the week before and she said he couldn't do anything. Wednesday, no communication, Thursday no communication. I called Thursday at 12:30pm left messages and got no response from the Service writer Susan or service manager Robert. I called back at 3pm and Susan said it might be ready this afternoon, but she wasn't sure... I asked why she didn't let me know what was happening as they have now had my car 13 days.... no reasoning. I am in awe of the lack of customer service and caring. This place has changed dramatically since the new owner in 2018. Prior to that the service department was impeccable. It is a shame. Finally received a call 8:30am on Tuesday September 7. My car was ready for pickup. They offered two free services for my inconvenience. I asked why I never heard from the manager, she said Robert was very busy. I’ll take my two free services and will go elsewhere next time. You should do the same. Update #2: I picked up my car on 9/9. I paid $108 for my new E-brake. The emergency brake worked great. My steering wheel, seat location, lumbar cushion were all altered. After I adjusted the seat, steering wheel and radio, I was driving home I noticed a rattle in my rear end. I almost lost my mind. I literally started crying. The noise is at low speeds but definitely not a sound I heard prior to dropping the car off nearly 3 weeks ago! I called the manager Robert at 6:04pm and left a message and received a call back minutes later. He asked me to return the vehicle and he will have Anthony, a different service writer call me tomorrow with an explanation. As I appreciate the prompt call back I can’t see through the unimaginable frustration with this process. The incompetence of this department is deplorable. The mechanics obviously do not care about what they do. No one is accountable for their actions. I will take my two free oil changes and then head for the hills. Will no longer be getting any vehicle that I own at this dealership. Update #3 After dropping by car off now 3 weeks into this debacle. I called the service writes Anthony and thr manager Robert on Friday 9/10 and received no call back. I finally received a call back on Monday 9/13. Anthony said he called and left a message for me Saturday. I have no call or message. He said that there was an issue with the boot. I said was it left loose? No answer. I asked to speak to a manager. Spoke with the head mechanic. He said he was going by the notes and that there needed to be an adjustment in the left E-brake. I asked if it was a boot or e-brake issue, he said it was the brake. Just, not sure what happened. I asked him to admit that his mechanics failed to completely fix the car. He was not willing to do that. I asked if the car was test driven after the initial E-brake he wasn’t sure. He was not helpful. They do not care about your safety, and are genuinely not willing to admit to their mistakes. Do not go to this dealership. More

Company over books the online service appointments. I scheduled appt for 8 am had three week wait. Brought in Jeep at scheduled 8 am drop off. The service dept is the absooute worst. I will drive 30 miles to a different deal to not have to use the service dept. I have had over 5 bad expericences with them. 3 times they could not even fix a door miles to a different deal to not have to use the service dept. I called and uber and 10 min later they said hey you dont have an apt we cant help you. Dont waste you time. There is no accountablity or pride in the work they do. They are the worst. More

The Service Dept is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! After buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and MULTIPLE engine issues, which one supposedly was NOT covered by warrant, I ended up trading car back to them for Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and MULTIPLE engine issues, which one supposedly was NOT covered by warrant, I ended up trading car back to them for a Dodge Durango. I only did so because I was desperate to get rid of car because it was having ANOTHER engine issue that i had fixed and paid for just a year ago. So after driving my new “Certified” Dodge, just 4 days later “Service Shifter” comes on the screen!! I couldnt even get an appointment until a week later!! this dealership, Im convinced, do NOT care about taking care and thoroughly inspecting their vehicles before selling. Lastly, I can go on forever about how the service manager is of no use and is not looking to satisfy the customer. Being a loyal customer and bringing in your car to service there means absolutely nothing, when I had an issue with how they handled my warranty on my Jeep, he shut me down and didnt even offer another form of trying to help/suggest....and God help us if you are trying to contact the service department , THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I dont know how that manager still has a job!!! More

My service experience was awful. I made an appointment for this past Tuesday. When I spoke to the lady I stated that I have a 3 month old infant and would like to be given a time where it is not busy. She for this past Tuesday. I arrived To my oil change on time and was told there was a 3 hour wait. I explained how when I made the Appointment I was assured it was not busy at this time and that I have a 3 month old who wouldn’t cooperate and also I did not feel comfortable exposing him to people for that long as we are in the middle of a pandemic and that I drove 45 minutes to have my car serviced here! The service worker was so kind and got the manager and he said come back another time. I explained again my concerns about my sons safety to which he replied “well the wait is 3 hours I can’t help you if you want to wait you can, I have a waiting room PACKED full of people before you” how could one be so insensitive to my infant and his safety? For a simple Quick oil change? In normal circumstances I wouldn’t be so upset, however during a pandemic there were no Breaks given for a new mom and infant. I am appalled at my experience and now will likely never return for any type of service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the future once my free oil changes are used up. More

Came here to pickup some parts for my Jeep. He was standing there waiving his arms repeatedly using the N-word and profanity. With everything going on in the world right now...seriously? I found it highly offensive, unprofessional and extremely disgraceful. I did not feel comfortable at all standing at that counter waiting for my parts and just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I went on the company website to see if I could find who the employee was. It was the parts manager Ed Kennedy. I’ve tried multiple times trying to contact the dealers owner about it but always get the runaround, some general voicemail box or conveniently disconnected. Whoever owns this dealership seems to be absent or just doesn’t care at all. I am appalled they would let this happen let alone from someone in a management position! It makes me sick to my stomach the more I think about it. I felt so uncomfortable I never want to set foot in this place again! Next time I need parts or anything for my Jeep I will gladly drive the extra half hour to Jersey More
