Sales manager Dave helped directly to finalize the numbers and offer I must say that Rockland Nissan is the best Nissan dealership I ever been so far. I have been to many dealerships and involved to purchase more than 15 cars in last three years however none of those dealers provided good numbers so fast. Freddie (salesperson) was helpful in making overall good experience. They have been very fair and have always gone above and beyond to make me happy. Every car has been exactly as promised and I have had great sales people as well. If the exact car I want isn't on the lot they find it for me and have it the next business day. I have worked with both Bernie Drexler and Mitch Gordon depending who was available when I arrived. Both men are honest, kind and pleasant to work with. I never feel pressured and they offer sound advice. Often when the deals are wrapping up Tim O'Keefe the general manager comes over and makes sure that I have no issues, questions and confirms I am completely happy with the deal. Lastly, I have been very pleased with the trade in values they offered as well, I thought they were being fair and not trying to take all the equity for themselves. They treat you like a friend. He helped us figure out how much we could comfortably afford for a new car and made sure we never felt as if we were settling for something less than what we wanted. I have never felt more comfortable buying a car, and I have never been happier with a car than I am with my Nissan Rogue.
