Dear Mr. Solis, We are so very sorry you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, taxes, tags & title are never included in any price we quote. In all of our advertising including posted on every car on our website, as with every car dealer, it clearly states "Price(s) include(s) all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, dealer document fees and taxes" This is never quoted, it is always done at the time of purchase.. I understand the difference between a Quote and a Final Price. I asked for a Final, out of the door, complete price BEFORE I even purchase my airfare ticket. That been said, there is no argument from your side other than you are NOT a SERIOUS BUSINESS and tried to get people to the front door without even thinking in the customer implications. As I said before, I would recommend everybody to avoid making any kind of business with this dealer.

However, As per True Car all pricing is based on vehicles that are in stock. If that particular vehicle is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to forward the cost of locating the vehicle to you as the consumer.
