I understand how disappointing it must have been to have a new truck with only 4,000 miles experience multiple issues, especially after spending several days in our service department. I understand your concerns regarding the battery diagnosis, the check engine light remaining on after the initial repair, and the later discovery involving the IKON tracking device and the fuse beneath the battery. I can certainly understand why this left you frustrated, and I apologize that we did not provide the level of service and communication you deserved.
