Group 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Rockwall

Came in for an oil change on Monday. Was informed of an issue the tech found that would be covered by warranty. The part ilwas in stock and would be repaired by the next day. I called the next day and was told my advisor was busy but computer said it was done. I show up to pick up and am told my advisor is out sick that day and they haven't started the work but and assured it will be next. I call and am told it should be ready today [now Wednesday] and since I dont hear back I show back up at 5pm and its not finished but in the shop. Come to find out it wasn't pulled in until 230 when I called to check status. It was bot ready until 2pm on Thursday. I dont like being lied to on multiple occasions and the lack of communication is ridiculous. People need their vehicles. To lie, give the runaround and not communicate is unacceptable. They don't have loaners so you'll just be inconvenienced until they get it done. I am an understanding person and if I had been kept in the loop and felt not lied to, I wouldn't have been upset, but they seem to care. Will not ever go there again. More
