Enjoyed working with Kris Wade and his efforts to have the Ford Motor Company step up to their responsibility to pay for my repairs for a known problem of the steering locking up which is exactly what my the Ford Motor Company step up to their responsibility to pay for my repairs for a known problem of the steering locking up which is exactly what my 2011 Ford Explorer did. Thankfully did it in my driveway and not traveling down the interstate at 65mph. Ford is gambling that I do not have that problem again and therefore is knowingly putting my life and those of any passengers in danger. It was CLEARLY a no BRAINER for me when you have the BEST PRICE,BEST TRADE IN VALUE & BEST SERVICE it makes the decision very easy for you. If you have a deal already working at another FORD dealership somewhere else show them the paperwork/numbers and I'm 99% sure they will beat that deal for you in order to gain your business !!
