Our Sales Associate G, I personally give him 5 stars, but once it came to everything else, I am completely unsatisfied. Got there everything went smooth, apparently got approved etc. Left with my vehicle. 1 once it came to everything else, I am completely unsatisfied. Got there everything went smooth, apparently got approved etc. Left with my vehicle. 1 week later I get a call that sorry the bank didn't approve of the vehicle because of the miles. Then they tell me I have to work with my own bank or figure it out if I want the vehicle, if not I have to take this vehicle back. So I'm like really a week after you come to tell me this. Now I'm sitting here trying to figure it out, like seriously. So I get a loan outside to get out my way and pay for the vehicle, talked to guy in finance, got all that taken care of. Then I get a call from the Manager talking about, am I going to want to keep this vehicle if so I need to pay for it or bring it back. So I'm like seriously... I just finished dealing with all this mess you'll created in the first place, Paid for the vehicle with a cahiers check and you call me telling me this, so I was ticked off now. I told this manager that just tells me how much communication you have with your employees. How dare you, call me to tell me this after all the struggle I had to go through to get a loan to get this vehicle, and when it was already paid for. Therefor I give them a 1 star, You should always talk to your employees first and see how the situation is before calling a customer. Will never go back to this dealership again. More
