Quick & easy transaction from sales to finance. I just paid off my truck and had catastrophic engine repairs needed, but Rockwall Ford gave me a good trade in for my F-150 and although I did not want anot paid off my truck and had catastrophic engine repairs needed, but Rockwall Ford gave me a good trade in for my F-150 and although I did not want another truck payment, I am very satisfied with the truck I purchased. I dropped my old truck off to be looked at by the service department and found out about the repairs while traveling. First time i got my car serviced here since i bought it. My service advisor Ronald Greene was very nice and got me taken care of. Don't waste your time or money with this service department. Not only do they not listen to their customers, they also don't believe in communicating with their customers. My first encounter was with the service advisor Sam. He went MIA on me and push me onto another advisor Gary, who was worse than Sam. They had my vehicle for several days and refused to give me a status. Both my husband and I made attempts to get a status but no one would return our calls. We had to physically go up there before they gave us a half-xxx answer. When I finally received my vehicle, the problem had not been fixed. Thinking that maybe it was just those two advisors that were the issue, I decided to get additional repairs done, but with a different advisor - this time I as given Brian. I got the same crappy service: vehicle not ready when promised, Service Advisor not returning my text messages or phone calls, and my vehicle is still having the same problems I went in from initially. I am out of pocket almost $1200. More
