Kris set expectations up front, was transparent on times and services that would occur. He was able to clearly define what my pre-paid warranty covered as well and ensured I was in alignment with those defined expectations. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he took the time to work with me to answer questions I never got answered "at the other place." Though I had not purchased the vehicle at this dealership, I wish I had and they took care of me as if I had. They took care of my trucks first service with attention to detail.
