Avoid service advisor Juan Avalos and I would not recommend bringing your diesel truck for repairs here. They poorly communicate the scope of work to lure you into agreeing to their services. Service managers will promise a small refund but the director will deny the refund despite the service advisor admitting he wasn't even aware of the extra work being done on your vehicle. $8500 in repairs and they don't even replace all lug nuts on your wheels. I've made every attempt to give them the chance to right their wrong and they've made it clear they do not care about their customers. Extremely disappointed. More
