Long story but purchased a truck that I was told had certain features and ended up it did not have. Told the dealer within 30 minutes of purchase and they refused to work with me even though my sales pe certain features and ended up it did not have. Told the dealer within 30 minutes of purchase and they refused to work with me even though my sales person agreed we discussed the features I wanted and that when we realized the truck didnt have them I immediately called. My sales person said lets work this out tomorrow and when the sales manager called me the next day he tells me its to late. Then they said they would talk to the GM and never did. The general manager responded to my yelp review stating he couldnt find my file and to email him, which I did and have yet to hear a response. The truck physically appeared to have them due to the camera system in the windshield and cover on bumper cover which I believed to be the radar cover for adaptive cruise….but it wasnt. Yes I take responsibility for not triple checking but I trusted that I was being told the truth that the truck had adaptive cruise and auto hold. I advised my salesperson I was on a strict timeline due to kids sports etc. The dealership offered to purchase the truck back at a 4,000.00 loss on my part even though I advised them within 30 minutes. But I gotta take my half of it too. I would just rather had them be heads up with me and correct the issue since the salesperson did admit he messed up as well. Just be honest and help honest people out. More
