Keith Monnette likes to argue with customers. He didn't explain the process of fleet vehicles to me and told me it would only be 2 hours. Almost 3 hours later, I find out nothing has been done yet. I asked for the keys and he argued with me. Continued to argue and be disrespectful in front of the manager who didn't seem to do a whole lot. Won't be returning ever. I will happily push my vehicle right on by this place. More
