RockWall Ford exceeded my expectations! I live about 500 miles away. My Bronco broke down just a few miles from this dealership. I was towed there and back on the road in a rental in about two hours. Juan at RockWall Ford took care of everything. He communications daily with status updates on parts and reps that was being made to my Bronco. Unfortunately more issues occurred than expected and my engine ended up having to be replaced. But this dealership was a lot faster than I expected about getting me back in my Bronco and on the road. The service they gave me and communication was the best I could have had in such a bad situation. I highly recommend them if you are in this area. More
