It started off good but the experience went bad. My warranty co said they didn’t file the claim correctly. I scheduled a tow truck to move it to the recommended dealership for repairs. The tow truck showed up 3 days in a row but the keys were lost. My service rep was on vacation and on day 3 he returned. He called to tell me they were going to start charging storage fees since it was still there. He denied the entire incident. Tow records and bills show otherwise. Even after giving names of employees who searched for the keys, he denied it ever happened. It was clear that he misplaced the keys and took 2-3 days off with no communication. When he returned it again took 30 minutes to find the keys. More
Every time I go to Rockwall Ford they take such good care of me and my vehicle. Their time estimates are accurate and they don’t pressure me to do additional services that I don’t need but also recommended t of me and my vehicle. Asiah was an excellent advisor for me! I had a broken Driver’s side visor. She got the tiny part and a tech tried to use the tiny part to fix the visor in place, but the discovered there w I had a broken Driver’s side visor. She got the tiny part and a tech tried to use the tiny part to fix the visor in place, but the discovered there was a silver piece missing from the base arm of the visor so the tiny part wouldn’t work to hold the base into the car ceiling. So I went back to the waiting room. Shortly the silver piece was found and the visor was reattached and the new tiny piece held it in place! My bill was cut in half by my “FordPass” points! I was pleased with the time and care Asiah took to take care of me! More
