Rockwall Ford exceeded my expectations. I called Rockwall Ford before I brought the car to them and they were very nice and professional on the phone. The staff was nice to us from the minute we walked in the door. (Keep in mind we drove 75 miles to bring them my wife's car.) Juan Avalos was professional and friendly from the minute I arrived.
