I was pre-approved by my finance company that I had my first Jeep through. It made it simple to go in. I was worried that I would have to sit and let them run my credit through a bunch of financial insti first Jeep through. It made it simple to go in. I was worried that I would have to sit and let them run my credit through a bunch of financial institutes like Jeep in Greenville did in 2015 even with my pre-approval from the same financial institution that time. No. Kevin and the Sales finance manager did not question my approval and I told them I had an hour before I had to leave as I was just dropping by to look and see what they had as I was looking for a Jeep Compass 2022. Kevin honored my time and the Finance Manager had the terms ready at my financial institution by the time I finished the test drive. I came back Theo and a half hours later to sign the paper work contracts as I had a prior event to be at. I was out in under an hour again and that included ten minutes or less to sign the contracts. The Business Manager answered all y questions on extended contacts and GAP as many places will take you for a joy ride and add all these extras in and not explain or allow you to question she did with no worries and a she answered all questions. Only issue that slowed things down is this small little dealership in Rocky Mount had every sales person but two with sales. That speaks volume of their integrity as a dealership. It seemed that maybe the longer termed sales associates where the ones without customers as they had little offices of their own and the ones busy were the sales associates that sat close together as my sales associate has been their only two years. Glad to see that they were getting sales as longer term sales associates seem to grab all the business and they supported them well here. Now I will say the finance manager has a problem with vehicle colors as I said no white colored cars and that was the very one he had Kevin retrieve from the lot. I said I thought we said no white colored cars. So they went and got a beautiful silver grey vehicle. I think it was a joke to lighten things up we all got a good laugh out of that. More
