Bad experience I purchased a vehicle at the dealership and had it financed there and paid off the loan within 30 days. I discovered through all the paperwork that t I purchased a vehicle at the dealership and had it financed there and paid off the loan within 30 days. I discovered through all the paperwork that there was an extended vehicle protection plan that was for 24 months and costed $2780. I went back to the dealership to cancel the protection and to get a refund and the GM refused and stated there is no cancellation policy. On the contract of the policy there is a cancellation policy and he refuses to honor it. It has been a horrible experience. More

Easiest car buying experience ever, excellent dealership! We were in the market for a new car but weren't sure what we wanted; an SUV, a sedan or something else. Jeff, the salesman, did his up-front homework and had close to a dozen vehicles earmarked for us to look at when we arrived. Jeff accommodated us with test drives of several different vehicles. Jeff had amazing knowledge about all of the vehicles, he is a wealth of information about cars and their specifications. We selected a car and then sat down for the typically dreadful purchase negotiations. We were pleasantly surprised with the no-pressure approach that Jeff, Albert, the Finance Manager, and Steve, the Sales Manager, took with us. I am typically a skeptic when it comes to buying anything, even more so when it is a major purchase such as a vehicle. I must say that purchasing a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers dispelled much of my skepticism about the used car industry; I believe they care about the customer and were very intent upon making sure my wife and I were taken care of at every step of the process. I would not only recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to a friend, I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are great, AAA++ in my book. Jeff, Albert, Steve and Dan were all excellent, a big "Thank You" to all of them. I rarely rate any experience with 5 stars across the board but I am happy to do that for Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and their great staff. I will surely buy from them again in the future. More
