I would give this service dept a 0 star review if I could. Always have been terrible with communication. Took a week for my car to go from this shop to the dealership, then couldn't get a follow up call until I call a week later after it came back. On my Journey, got quoted $3,700 for a new TIPM, when that wasnt even the problem. It was a bad ignition coil that I bought for $60 and replaced myself in 5 minutes. This shop is clueless and provides terrible customer service. More

Did not appreciate the lack of transparency of the numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. When the salesman was helping us fill out the papers, he didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the acc didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the accountant he told us that the sales person should’ve given us all that information prior to finalizing the sale. Then when we came back the next day the accountant that was originally helping us wasn’t there it was someone else. Then this accountant forgot to ask us for proof of insurance and asked us to go back in a week after to submit that in order to finalize the paperwork and give it to the bank. More
