Did not appreciate the lack of transparency of the numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. When the salesman was helping us fill out the papers, he didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the acc didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the accountant he told us that the sales person should’ve given us all that information prior to finalizing the sale. Then when we came back the next day the accountant that was originally helping us wasn’t there it was someone else. Then this accountant forgot to ask us for proof of insurance and asked us to go back in a week after to submit that in order to finalize the paperwork and give it to the bank. More

I’ve got the vehicle at the dealership now. The dealership said that the routers needed to be replaced when y’all put new brake pads on. Now I’m having to replace all brake hardware as it is do damaged. I will never buy a car from there again. It took 10 days for delivery. I was provided a loaner car twice. I had no issue with them carrying on their business, but the only reason why I had the loaner in the first place was because they hadn’t given me my car to drive. I was being charged for the loan, but still didn’t have the car. I was told they needed to order a part. But I’m not certain why they would have a vehicle on the lot for sale that was not ready for purchase. I still don’t have both of my tags back. I was grossly overcharged. The organization as a whole is poorly managed. Everything about the process, but one or two people was absolutely painful. Do yourself a favor and run the other direction. More
