When the salesman was helping us fill out the papers, he didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the acc didn’t know how to answer our questions, we asked for an estimate before he pulled our credit and told us he couldn’t, then when we went with the accountant he told us that the sales person should’ve given us all that information prior to finalizing the sale. Then when we came back the next day the accountant that was originally helping us wasn’t there it was someone else. Then this accountant forgot to ask us for proof of insurance and asked us to go back in a week after to submit that in order to finalize the paperwork and give it to the bank. More

I took my truck in for some work in the total cost was 1200 I supplied parts they call me saying my truck is ready I went and picked it up when I got home I checked and all the parts where in the back sea 1200 I supplied parts they call me saying my truck is ready I went and picked it up when I got home I checked and all the parts where in the back seat when I check to see if work was completed it was not it was never touched I took it back and they where not helpful at all didn’t offer me a ride home did help with anything I walked 4 miles home I will never go to them it is ran so bad management sucks they did not feel bad at all for what they did I had to call off work because I didn’t have a car to get to work More
