I just wanted to let you know that we can not pull credit unless our customers provide there personal information like social security number and birthdate that would also be accompanied with your signature to authorize running your credit, so I'm sorry for any miscommunication in that process and the delay in getting the correct information needed by the bank. This situation was simply a mistake. My service advisor accidentally completed this customers paper work and delivered the truck thinking it was complete. For this error I apologies on behalf of my staff and myself. This was in no way on purpose. For This inconvenience and my unable to offer this customer a ride at the time of day it was being so late, I had offered the customer $100.00 credit towards his repair to cover a uber ride home if needed. He politely declined and said he was ok walking. We quickly performed his needed repairs and returned his truck back with in 24 hours of him dropping off. This was a simple human error that rarely happens. Again I do apologize and felt I offered the best resolution for this situation. I would still like to offer you in house credit for your next services to show our sincerest apologies.
