Was told by salesman that ball joints would be replaced. Supposed to pick up on Friday, oops ordered wrong parts. It’ll be ready on Monday. Went and picked up truck on Monday. About a week later, thought I’d crawl under truck and see if ball joint had been replaced. They hadn’t. Went back to dealership, kind of got the run around for a bit, they finally agreed to replace ball joints. Scheduled an appointment, and dropped off truck in the morning. Called about 3pm to see if ready for pickup. Oops ordered the wrong parts. It’ll be ready in one or two days. Seems like not customer oriented. Don’t really care once you’ve signed the papers. I’ll never go there again More

I took my car in, in the spur of the moment for a brake check because I heard a noise and didn’t know if it was a rock stuck or if I needed new brakes. It was without an appointment and they were able to d check because I heard a noise and didn’t know if it was a rock stuck or if I needed new brakes. It was without an appointment and they were able to do whatever it took to replace my brakes and rotors in the time it took to get the parts and put them on. Won’t always be like that but they knew it was important to me to get it done as soon as possible since I use my car for my job. They were very attentive and kept me up on what they were doing. I was in and out in minimal time, and they did an awesome job and I recommend them!!! Thank you all!!! More
