Horrible gave me a bunch of xx that contradicted edwards and kbb curent value saying prices have gone down- lie - then after giving then vin and current photos and milage wouldnt give me a ballpark estimate and kbb curent value saying prices have gone down- lie - then after giving then vin and current photos and milage wouldnt give me a ballpark estimate but said go with kbb range. I drove 5 hours one way then i get the line its not a car they want - another lie- leaving me stuck as i had put a down payment on a new vehicle i had ordered from them about 6 months ago. They finally offered around 41,000 then i see my truck listed on their website for over 61,000.00! I know they need to make a profit but this is a rip off. I'm a senior citizen on a limited income. This is terrible. Then they charged me for window guards they didnt put on and said they would mail them to me? What is that crap? Or i could my gas and time and drive 5 hours one way then wait without any compensation since they dropped the ball they should have offerred something as an offset escpecially since they took advantage of me in my opinion which i am allowed to have under free speech. I bought a ford and it doesnt have ford listed on next page so i just picked one to leave this review. More

The only disconnect is that a general description only was provided on the dealer’s vehicle profile and there were features and options listed that were not accurate for that specific vehicle. Every time the truck starts it says 'See dealer'. No check engine light. No Engine or transmission codes. Truck chimes every half hour saying 'see dealer'. So I booked an apt for the truck, week and a half wait time, with very clear instructions to diagnose and tell me what they find. Not to do anything! I get a call saying it's ready. When I return to pick it up and see what's wrong, they said they went ahead and fixed it and here is the bill. I was assured that I would not be charged for diagnostics (no money) and that they would call me before they did anything. BAD SERVICE, LYING EMPLOYEES, AND CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF. MONEY. More
