We limped into Jackson and arrived at the dealership not knowing what to expect. Well let me tell you--it was the best experience in a very bad situation. Brad, the owner, became involved--all was diagnosed by early afternoon and a ton of parts was ordered from Denver[our home]to be overnighted for delivery early A.M. next day[unheard of--normal transit 3 days]. My truck was rebuilt to specs, under warranty, and returned to me as new, in under 36 hrs. including transit time for parts. Amazing! Brad even went out of his way to have our mobile home towed and setup on one of his other lots for overnight convenience, and furnished us a car overnight. As a result, I will travel the 500 mi. from Denver to do business with Brad and his team again, on my new purchase. These people CARE and it shows. Do business with them--you won't be disappointed.
