My most recent trip was to purchase four new tires and a four-wheel alignment, Their price was very competitive--I might have saved a couple bucks by getting the tires one place and the alignment another, but I wanted a once-and-done deal. The nice thing about them is that they follow up to see if you were treated properly rather than take the money and run like some other places (dealers included). More

They care when others don't I worked with Nathan to resolve an issue that my vehicle had been having since late last year. I have a brand new Taurus (just over a year old), and t I worked with Nathan to resolve an issue that my vehicle had been having since late last year. I have a brand new Taurus (just over a year old), and the service center at my original dealer did nothing to assuage my frustration...in fact, all they did was brush me aside. I decided then and there that I was done with Surprise Ford, and all Berkshire-Hathaway owned dealerships. Rodeo Ford is quite a bit further for me to drive to get my vehicle fixed, but I will go there every time from here on out. They are superb. Nathan was constantly in contact with me to let me know what the mechanic found, and what they were doing to fix my car. When I got it back, it was running better/smoother/quieter than it did when it was fresh off the lot. Excellent service, service adviser, and mechanic. More
