My husband and I came in and Laurie Bolanos was our sales person. She was very dishonest and extremely pushy. It was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Laurie told us the absolute best rate we could get was 8.9% anywhere she said. We ended up buying at Camelback Ford and got 6.9%. She kept calling our phones after telling her numerous times to stop and even made a pass over the phone at my husband! Stay away from Laurie Bolanos at Rodeo Ford!

Brought my truck into the shop 4 plus weeks ago for window tint repair where they did it and windshield wiper motor, oil change and repaint front bumper where they damaged it. Still getting excuses from them and the run around. Called the owner. Did absolutely no good. Been a customer since 1989, won’t be returning. They have gone down hill drastically. Used to be a good place but no more.
