Poor customer service in the service department No one answers tge phone. This latest attempt took me 7 minutes to finaly reach someone to make an appt. I finally resorted to calling service manager which also was a diificult process to be told he apologizes for the poor customer service but it continues on without improvement. No bull but lots of effort by them. Ok. I have been researching pick ups for a few years now. Bought one and loved it, to tow a travel trailer. I Didn't educate myself properly, bought Ok. I have been researching pick ups for a few years now. Bought one and loved it, to tow a travel trailer. I Didn't educate myself properly, bought more trailer than I could legally tow. It was close, yet, I subscribe to the theory, that you can't put a price tag on piece of mind. So moved on to considering F-250. Saw lots of gas f250s in price range, mostly xlts... But actually finding one in existence was hard, I was budgeting 4x2. Gas. The reality was the white trucks, that we're all I could actually see and touch we're what seems to be left. To much work truck feel. Not as honey as my XLT 2014 f 150. I just wasnt feeling the white f 250s. All this to say Greg and Mark at the internet sales Dept, didn't give up, and searched and still couldn't find what I wanted. But you see when I mentioned the research I'd been doing? I had noticed they didn't haggle much they just sold trucks for 1000's and 1000's cheaper than ones close to home. They list several f250 lariats for under 45k. Nice. Needless to say I ended up in a fantastic pre-owned f250 lariat with every Bell and whistle I wanted, for what I wanted to pay. They spent all day with me, came to my hotel to pick us up, offered to drive us to get lunch, and drop is off. Oh did I mention we live in Florida? Driving my trade in to PHX, and driving new trick back, was still cheaper then anywhere else I have been able to see the truck in person. Mark saved the day. Thanks Mark K. More
