I recently purchased a new 2014 Toyota Tacoma the combination of color Blue ribbon Metallic and TRD OFFROAD Package and Manual transmission was very hard to get but Rick Jones made it happen!! His s combination of color Blue ribbon Metallic and TRD OFFROAD Package and Manual transmission was very hard to get but Rick Jones made it happen!! His service, attitude, and diligence was above all paramount!!! Tom in Finance put the package together with my other accessories and extended warranties and his service was again above all paramount and friendly!! Jim Craig In service is a great guy I went to him for all my service on my Previous 2004 Toyota Tacoma and he is exceptional and very friendly also. He will be the guy I see on my new 2014 Tacoma!!! I gave a great rating because in the end I got the truck I wanted with the accessories and felt I was treated GREAT!! More
We came to Rodland to look at a Prius. We were happy to find a 2013 in a color we loved! Marcus greeted us right away, answered our many questions & let us test drive, but we never felt pressured. This is our first Toyota purchase, so we had a lot of questions. Marc answered all of them & we felt confident that he knew his product. We fell in love with the car & really enjoyed working with Marc. He was very patient with our decision making process. Tom was very pleasant to work with as well. Very knowledgeable about the products/services he was selling. We had lots of questions for him as well. We feel that we were well informed to make good decisions for our purchase. Though car buying is a long process, we felt that we were well cared for by both Marcus & Tom. We would highly recommend the Rodland dealership! Thanks so much for a fun car buying experience. PS. I came to Rodland Toyota looking for a sequoia and found a certified 2013. Rob approached us willing to help answer questions without a pushy salesman feeling. We went home and really appreciated his honest feel and came back for a test drive at which time we were so impressed with the vehicle and what it had to offer but the price was out of our budget. We received a call from the manager and recieved a price we could not find ANYWHERE else even out of state. We came back in and were in and out in a little over an hour for a car. It was incredible and could not thank Rob and Rodland enough for the opportunity they gave us to buy a great care to work for our family. Thank you so much for everything! More

From start to finish, Sales Associate Baron Li made the experience pleasant and positive. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a car. Baron was extremely knowledgeable of the product as I asked A LOT of questions. When I decided that I wanted to purchase, Baron offered valuable insight into how best to do so regarding purchase versus lease options. The whole process was seamlessly easy and I have a beautiful new car that fits my needs. I highly recommend Rodland Toyota! More

He had a vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived and then aided us in purchasing the vehicle in the color and style we wanted. Mr. Lafave was also very thorough in going over the manual upon vehicle delivery. More
After much on-line research and hearing reviews from close friends, we recently decided to buy a new FJ Cruiser as our second vehicle. We had planned to trade in our 2000 Tundra, and arranged to meet u close friends, we recently decided to buy a new FJ Cruiser as our second vehicle. We had planned to trade in our 2000 Tundra, and arranged to meet up with our salesman Colin Miller to do a test drive. Colin sold us our commuter car (2009 Corolla) four years ago, and has kept in touch with us every year since then. His personal approach inspires loyalty to come back to him at Rodland. Colin asked questions about why we wanted the FJ which further solidified for us that we were making the right decision, and then we took us for a test drive. Rodland did not have the color we wanted in inventory (we knew this going in, but wanted to work with Rodland as our closest Toyota dealership and with Colin out of loyalty). It was not easy to find the color in stock anywhere nearby, and Colin and his team spent extra time locating and arranging to get exactly the color we wanted from another dealer. They went the extra mile to secure it, and went to pick it up from a dealer down south the next day. Colin scheduled to have the Roland service shop make it perfect for us by adding options which were not included on the vehicle, based on our schedule. Throughout the process, it was always about us...what we wanted, our schedule, what's best for us as the customer. He even helped us set up the bluetooth for our cell phone within minutes upon delivery. Colin is fantastic and he made an extraordinary effort which resulted in us getting exactly what we wanted from Rodland. We love our new FJ....thanks Colin and Team Rodland!! More
