I bought a new Toyota Crown Platinum 2026 from Toyota of Seattle. Jack You- a product specialist at Toyota of Seattle was knowledgeable, low-pressure educator rather than a traditional salesperson. Over the years, l've driven a 2004 Toyota Camry XLE and a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Platinum, and now l've upgraded to the Crown. I'm absolutely loving the quiet cabin, smooth ride, stylish design, and excellent fuel efficiency. It has exceeded my expectations! Thanks Jack and Toyota of Seattle!

Started with Mae's prompt response and finished with Gabe's professional and comforting help through out the purchase process. I always seem to have horrible experiences at dealerships... which is main reason not wanting to visit them. But this ways way different. They were courteous, quick and listened to all of my concerns. I purchased the new Rav4 and unlike most of the dealership charging odd additional cost, they had none. No hours spent on negotiation was breath of fresh air! I highly recommend clients to come to Marysville and enjoy this great dealership that feels different soon as you walk into welcoming staffs. I would buy here again and looking forward to it.

It's common knowledge that when you buy a car from a dealership (with decent mileage), it should work perfectly for six months. With less than a thousand miles in three months, the tires of a Toyota Corolla were bald on shoulder pointing to alignment issues. Sales refused to do anything. Avoid Fleet vehicles from Toyota Kirkland. See the detailed Carfax report and review it properly. The even mixed up my VIN, who knows if its bait and switch, I would avoid.
