Rob was very pleasant. He came in early on a Saturday to work around my schedule. When I arrived the car I was interested in was pulled up front and ready to test drive. My experience at Rodland Toyota was amazing. We had never had such a great car buying experience before. Rick is excellent person. We bought 2 cars and he was extremely careful with out needs. Very Patient and not at all forcing to buy anything extra. We drove to about 30 miles to this dealership based on the Dealer Rater review. We test drove a Toyota Prius and were out of the dealership in about an hour. We were still figuring out which car we want the Dealer Rater review. We test drove a Toyota Prius and were out of the dealership in about an hour. We were still figuring out which car we wanted, so we did this at several other dealerships (e.g. Nissan Leaf, Honda Fit, etc.). After driving we decided on the Prius, so signed up for several negotiation programs (like Costco, Consumer Reports,etc.). The dealership was able to put us back in contact with Colin,and we were able to close, finance, etc. in just 2-3 hours with no painful negotiations. Colin is very knowledgable and was able to answer all out questions. We never felt "trapped" like you do at some dealerships. We're very happy with our car and the manner in which it was sold to us, so would definitely go back again. More
