i appreciate the internet and toyota for letting us do research on the type of vehicle that worked best for our needs......we came in and harry chen was very helpfull...and so was the man at the counter w research on the type of vehicle that worked best for our needs......we came in and harry chen was very helpfull...and so was the man at the counter who was helping us check on financing ...(shaved head..born 1960...we compared bdays...lol)anyway they worked togeather to help us get our new toyota prius....this car is amazing....and afterwards harry explained a lot of features and helped us set up our phone in car...and we got a great rate as well...we have been at dealerships where they were only friendly if u bought a car and then found out they misrepresented themselves and their vehicle..so yes we have told many people of the good service and more importantly truthfulness of the dealership....and will continue to..thank u harry and mr. 1960...lol More

My wife contacted Rick Jones or JIm O'Neal over the phone and told Jim what we want which is 2013 Toyota SE V6 fully loaded and the price we going to pay. In about 10 mins later we got a called back with just a few words back and forth about the price and we quickly came to an agreement. When we arrived at the dealership, we worked with Rick Jones. He was very polite, considerate and patient. He gave thorough instructions about the characteristics of the car and an enlightening test drive. After answering all of our questions about the car, he told us about their service department and what to expect from them in the future. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Rod Kollmeyer and Mark Brown made my car buying experience as quick and stress free as i need it to be. Rod gave me a call to follow up on my inquiry about the Scion TC. He sounded very pleasant on the phone and was ecstatic to meet with me at my 2 o'clock appointment. Upon arrival Rod had met my boyfriend and I in the front and it helped my nerves down. He showed us the car that we were interested in and took it for a test drive. He also explained some of the features of car. What I liked about Rod is that he was to the point and i needed that. He also shared his news about his new grand daughter's arrival. Rod was very friendly and had a great smile he didnt look intimidating and that was important to me. Mark Brown who helped us with the paper work was also to the point and made it super easy to understand GAP insurance and the extras that came with the paper work. What I was pleased with Mark is that he was able to help bring down my car payments which is a plus for me. That really made my car purchase really worth it. I recommend Rod and Mark to anyone trying to make a purchase of new or used vehicles. They made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. More

Just wanted to add that even though Rodland Toyota is not the cheapest but the delta price differential is hardly worth the effort to drive more than 1.0 hour to another dealership with less reputation than the cheapest but the delta price differential is hardly worth the effort to drive more than 1.0 hour to another dealership with less reputation than Rodland Toyota of Everett. Therefore, I re-rate Rodland Toyota a "5" in pricing as well. Another point worth mentioning is the "absolutely no of sales pressure during the entire purchasing process" which we truly appreciated. Two other Rodland employees forgot to mentioned in my previous write-up are Wendy O'Neal and Mark Brown; both deserved our recommendations here. More
