Made an online appointment to test drive a Highlander at Rodland Toyota. Rick Jones met us in the lot and showed us the different models they had in stock. Took one for a test drive. Rick was very knowledgable on the features of the car. My wife wasn't thrilled with the size of the Highlander, so we thought we would go look at other options at another dealer. That's when the Venza caught our eye. Rick let us take that out for a spin and my wife fell in love with it. Unfortunately, they did not have a car in stock with the color and options we wanted. Rick went to work and found the one we wanted that would come in on a future delivery. While it was disappointing that we could not take immediate delivery, Rick kept us informed on the progress of the delivery. Once the car was ready for pickup, Rick performed a complete walk through on all the features of the car, setting up the bluetooth for my wife's phone, showed how to work the navigation system, etc. The car was full of gas and absolutely spotless. At no time during this process did we feel like Rick was trying to sell us a car. This is the 2nd new car we have purchased from Rodland and both experiences have been excellent. We would certainly recommend Rick Jones and Rodland Toyota for anyone looking for a new vehicle. The Venza is a great car and the JBL sound system was worth the extra $$. More
