Very friendly and professional service from John Yi and Darci Clark. John was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were interested in. He was very up-front instructing us (being Senior Citizens) on the various (electronic) controls; especially the Audio Display System, he set up our cell phone for "hands-off control". I can understand why John has been with Rodland for so many years. He is a top-notch Salesman (no pressure selling). Darci was very straightforward in explaining the various available options and how they would be applicable to our driving pattern. She didn't try to pressure us into paying for something that we were not interested in. She thoroughly explained the invoice and all of the other required documentaion that is required. We have bought several vehicles through our life time and I believe that Darci was the most friendly and helpfull in explaining all of the financial documentation. Both Darci and John deserve high KUDOS. More

Wendy replied to my emails promptly, and she took special care to my needs where the other 3 dealerships I emailed took MUCH longer (which ended up in me coming to Rodland first). Jason is awesome! It's no surprise he has so many sales rewards. Tom ended the night in financing answering all our questions and having patience with my wife and I during the process. I came in a loyal Honda guy, and I left feeling like our next vehicle maybe should be a Toyota from Rodland! More

I originally contacted Rodland Toyota because they had great reviews. I was looking to buy a Tundra while Toyota was running some great specials. Initially I requested a quote online and was contact by Ro great reviews. I was looking to buy a Tundra while Toyota was running some great specials. The quote provided straight forward fair prices up front on several configurations giving me good savings off of MSRP and also showing invoice. I called Roger to get a feel for the dealership and ask questions before I visited. Roger as very knowledgeable. That same night I showed up and hour before close and was helped by several people with no high pressure. The salesman I worked with was Rick Jones. Rick was awesome in every way. He was patient though they were closing soon, helpful, knowledgeable and no BS. He took me out to test drive a couple trucks and helped us make the decision on what package was right for us. I'd already done tons of research and just need to get a feel for the 5.7 liter versus the 4.6 liter. We got a great price and a very for trade in price on our Outback as well. By 9:30 PM we were out the door with our new truck and love the Tundra more every day we drive it. Tom from financing was awesome as well. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable making things go very smooth. I felt the dealership was very honest and transparent during the process. The whole process was about as painless as buying a vehicle can get. A day later a cab mounting bolt came loose which appeared to be an issue from the factory. I called Rick the next day about the problem. He had us bring truck in right away. Rick had the service department investigating the problem which was located and solved pretty quickly. He took care of the entire process from beginning to end and no issues since. We really needed a second commuter vehicle so I went back a week later and worked with Rick again. Rick took us through a number of test drives over two days and we purchased a Corolla S as my daily commuter. Again a great experience and an excellent price. Collin Varah More
