Rick took us out in bother for a test drive and patiently waited while I took at least an hour trying to make up my mind. He never pressured us one way or the other and answered all our questions. The whole buying experience was easy. He got us scheduled for an appointment to come back and have the undercoating done and set us up with a car to used while it was being done. Rick made this a great experience and we'd highly recommend him to others and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. More

This was by far the most positive car-buying experience we've had. We brought our car in for repair and it turned out to be a much more expensive and extensive problem than we'd hoped. Though our need for the new vehicle was sudden and unplanned, we were fortunate to be paired up with Rick Jones in Sales. Rick took time to listen very specifically to our needs in a vehicle, adhered to our budget limits, and at no time did he press us on the timing of our decisions. Ultimately, we purchased a vehicle from Rodland Toyota the same day our previous vehicle was "diagnosed" with big problems because of Rick Jones' thoughtful and trust-inspiring manner. Previous service issues have been dealt with easily and efficiently by the Rodland staff, and we've always left feeling appreciated as customers. I leased a car yesterday 7/22/12 from Rodland Toyota (RAV4), they made me feel like part of the family, their customer service is great, my sales person was Rick Jones, he is awesome, he answered all my (RAV4), they made me feel like part of the family, their customer service is great, my sales person was Rick Jones, he is awesome, he answered all my questions, worked with me to get a good deal for my trade in, when I was talking to rick, i didn't feel like I was talking to a sales person, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend with experience in sales. Rick made sure that I received what I asked for. I'm a big fan of the Miami Heat and the Miami Dolphins, i had the lice3nse plate frame on my old car, Rick made sure that the service Department put the frames on the new car in the same order as my old one. I tell you if you are looking for a good car, a good deal and excellent customer service go to Rodland in Everett and ask for Rick Jones, he and the rest of the sales staff will make you feel at home. I had a goal to find a car with 30plus MPG and within a price range of 15,000.00 to 20,000.00. This is to be my last car. I am pushing 60. I drive 66 miles round trip 5 days a week. I test drove in one day price range of 15,000.00 to 20,000.00. This is to be my last car. I am pushing 60. I drive 66 miles round trip 5 days a week. I test drove in one day, the Kia Rio, Chevy Cruze, Volkswagon Jetta, and Toyota Corolla base model and the Honda Civic. I found the Kia, Honda Civic to have too high of road noise, and the Jetta to be comfortable..but boring in style. Chevy cruze was not as comfortable a ride, a bit pricy and gas milage not as I had hoped for. I test drove a Toyota Corolla base model at Lynnwood and found it very comfortable, however the dealer ship looks and sales person did not impress. We went into Rodland Toyota that late afternoon, met Colin Miller (our age)who took a great deal of time showing us all the models, explained the differences in price, and I found the Toyota Corolla "S" that was sporty, comfortable, great gas milage, and worth the little bit over what I had started out to spend. I am extreemly pleased and happily getting 33MPG so far. Colin Miller was great! More
