By the time I came to Rodland Toyota was starting to believe all car salespeople were the worst but Sergey, the salesman at Rodland, proved me wrong. Sergey, from the beginning gave me space and time to think about the deal he offered me for the car I wanted. The first time I went to see the car I came prepared with what seemed to be a good quote from a dealership out of state. Was willing to travel 200+ miles to get the car, so long I was convinced I would be getting a fair price. Not only Sergey matched the quote I had come with, but helped me realize the deal I was getting from Rodland was superior as I didn't have to travel such a long distance to pick up the same car. Couldn't have been faster or easier to purchase! I don't like wasting time so I made an appointment with Dennis Yudich for Saturday morning. I told him what I was interested in and he gave me a coup I don't like wasting time so I made an appointment with Dennis Yudich for Saturday morning. I told him what I was interested in and he gave me a couple of options with prices included. I had already done my homework with Kelley Blue Book so knew what the fair price should be. I showed up Saturday morning, Dennis had the two cars I was potentially interested in pulled up in front side by side. We quickly made our decision, finalized the price, which was actually a little under Kelley Blue Book. We were in and out of the dealership with our new car in under 2 hours. Great job Dennis! More
