I was looking for a particular type of vehicle that I found at Rodland Toyota. My girlfriend and I set up an appointment and, knowing specifically what we wanted went in on a Sunday to meet with Bubba at found at Rodland Toyota. My girlfriend and I set up an appointment and, knowing specifically what we wanted went in on a Sunday to meet with Bubba at the certified used lot. Bubba greeted us promptly and professionally, showed us the vehicle, took us for a test drive, struck a deal and we were out of there with what we wanted within a couple hours. This is the first car I have bought from Rodland but probably not the last. Thanks for the great experience to all involved, I look forward to shopping there again when the need presents itself. More

If only other dealerships would take note and learn through your sales folks like Colin, for example, of no pressure salesmanship, and listening to what the customer is actually looking for. This was unlike any other car or truck buying experience ever... Truthfully most cars and trucks can sell themselves. Colin took that extra mile to make sure we got what my wife and I where looking for. While we where waiting for the truck to arrive Colin took the time and bought up a truck with similar features and did a walk around with me to get me familiarized with some of the controls and instrumentation and features that I will encounter with my new vehicle. Colin is a very unique, energetic and positive individual. In the Navy we had a term “A Cut above the rest” truly I would identify Colin as such a person. The finance department was impressive as well the inidvidual there was able to beat Navy Federal Credit Unions preapproved Loan by half which that does not happen often. More

I traded my 2009 Honda Accord in for the newly designed 2012 Camry on Saturday, October 8,2011. I didn't need a new car, and Mike Hildebrand knew that. I was treated with courtesy and respect even though I might only be a looker, rather than a buyer. I really liked the comfort of the Camry and how it handled on the road. Mike showed me the paperwork with the price difference between the two cars, which was more than I wanted to spend. The price was lowered, which was still too high for me. I named my highest price and it was accepted. I would have walked away because I really didn't need a new car. But I LOVE my new Camry and highly recommend Mike. More

We were in a sudden financial plight, and needed some considerate and understanding people to work with, not hard driving deal makers. The people at Rodland were definitely out to sell a car, but when Jeff took the lead, the deal changed. It became more about what I needed than the sale. My wife went to Toyota of Kirkland to get a better deal and thought she had one and I reluctantly went down there. All the papers were ready to sign and I just looked at My wife and said... This does not feel right. I checked the numbers, and it was the same deal, with different numbers (63 payments instead of 60). They quickly went into discount deal mode and brought it down and down, but no matter what they did, it still seemed slimy. I told Gale I wanted Jeff to have the deal as he had been straight up with me, and even more, he had been a genuine gentleman with me, Toyota of Kirkland did not wait 10 minutes after I drove off the lot to start hard selling me over the phone after specific instructions from my wife not to call me as I was a going to work and needed to concentrate on my day ahead. The lady was worried about getting her bonus, she told me as much. I just said no. We returned to Rodland, and patiently, over the next three days, on our timetable, through our challenges, got the deal done, and with the blue model that we really wanted. Pam (it might be Kim) in financing was a delight and a kind hearted woman who knew we had been through a lot. She made it easy, Thanks to the dealership and these two wonderful people, a painful time in our lives showed that there are good people in the car business. And we thank Rodland for having them on their team. Don't ever forget the human side of the customer! If you reach their heart genuinely, they will show their appreciation. More
