Never mind that an agreement was in place and my deposit had been made. They are weasels. I feel burned. I would never consider dealing with them again. The two employees with whom I spoke and negotiated were unfailingly helpful and polite. It was clearly not their decision, but some higher-ups who decided to jerk the price around. Watch out for these "dealers." More
I enjoy shopping for a car as much as the next guy. We were shopping for a van, and we ended up buying a 2008 Sienna. The salesman was very nice and understood that this was a big purchase and didn't push me. I feel pretty good about the whole experience and would shop with them again if the need arises. I do wish that they had a childrens play room. More
This dealership has lied to me. They refused to inform me of incentive pricing on options I wanted. When I confronted them on it they lied about it, then led me on that they would correct the problem and me of incentive pricing on options I wanted. When I confronted them on it they lied about it, then led me on that they would correct the problem and then finaly said you bought the car if you want those options you can trade in your used car and buy the one you want at anytime. I started asking when the car was only one day old and less than 100 miles, they could have easily fixed the problem at that time. More

A month later, the paint on the Corolla she bought was chipping everywhere. She called the dealer several times talking to several people, including a manager. The dealer would not do anything about it. She called corporate Toyota in Portland a week later one day at 3pm and left a message with a customer relations manager. 10am the next morning she got a call from the dealership saying that they will pay for a new paint job. The paint job ending up being crap afterall. Everytime you rub against it, the a black mark appears on the car. I would never buy a car here again. The dealership much of changed managment somewhere becuase I never had issues like this with Rodland. I have bought three vehicles from them myself, my parents buying two from them. The last was a 2003 Corolla. After three months, the car started rattling everywhere on the freeway. I gave up on that car fast. Bought an Elantra, loved it. I have an '04 Corolla I bought from Magic Toyota in Edmonds, much better dealership. More
