Worst service ever! Our Sales Rep, Robert, was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. So we went ahead and bought the car and that was when things went downhill. After we signed the paperwork with Robert, we had to wait over two hours to actually pay for our car (cash) because there was only one person who could take our money and there were other customers in front of us. While we waited our car was sent to have a full tank of gas put in for us, but when we got it to go home, there was only 3/4 tank. (Petty, I know, but just seems weird that they stopped at 3/4 tank... why not just fill it all the way?) But the real kicker is this. WE bought our car Dec 23. It is now 2 months and they still haven't sent us our license plates! Our temporary sticker expired on Feb 6. I called a week after that to see if our plates had come in and were that they were there waiting for us. We had never been notified. Since we live in Skagit County I asked if they could be mailed to us and was told they would. When they didn't come a week later I called again and was told they had just been mailed out. That was a week ago... and still no plates. In the meantime, I cant even drive my new car cuz I can get a ticket. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about customer service. More

We bought a new 2019 highlander from Rodland. Amber took us on a test drive and answered all our questions over the course of a week while we decided which vehicle was best for us.
