I visited one dealership and following that experience I sent out emails to various dealerships. Doug responded in a super, engaging manner! He was friendly and professional. After an email exchange and making an appointment, I visited the Rodland dealership and met Doug who then answered some of my questions. I then advised that I wanted to think some more over it. We exchanged additional emails. He offered me options based on what I was looking for. Therefrom, I decided to make the purchase with Rodland Toyota because of the experience with Doug. Awesome Roberta! We only drive Toyota models. Never had bad experiences with the ride itself, this is why we stick to Toyotas and Scions. Our sales person was Roberta. We only drive Toyota models. Getting a Toyota Highlander Hybrid these days isn't always easy...they are in demand. But somehow the exact car I wanted was available and two days later I was driving it home.
