He showed us lots of options and no pressure to make a decision. Once we chose what we wanted he worked diligently with us to get the car we wanted. We bought a 2017 Highlander XLE. When the one with the options was not available he went to work finding one that he could pull in from a dealership near us. He was helpful iin showing us all the features and how they worked and offered to be available at anytime to answer questions.
