Second Experience, Always Coming Back I originally came to Rodland in 2014. My at-the-time roommate had known Collin growing-up and said he was an honorable salesman; she was absolutely ri I originally came to Rodland in 2014. My at-the-time roommate had known Collin growing-up and said he was an honorable salesman; she was absolutely right. Collin sat down with me and walked me through the process and options. We compared the cost of buying to leasing and discovered that it was in my best financial interest to lease at the time. I LOVED how friendly and informative the process was. Fast-forward two-and-a-half years. About two months ago, I wanted to look-in to my options once my lease was up. I went in to hear about what I would be able to do and ended up leaving my 2015 Corolla behind and driving-off in a 2017 Rav4. I worked with Collin again and we did the same process as before; it is very clear that the salesmen want what is best for each customer. It turns out that I qualified for a great deal (0% APR) and purchasing was the best route for me this time. Collin helped me through the entire process and even stayed an hour after he was scheduled to go home just to make sure I had everything taken care of and all of my questions were answered. This dealership genuinely cares and wants the customer to have a great experience. More
