It's all about humanity, humility, and integrity! Good grief! Shopping around for a new vehicle is not a pleasant experience. I contacted several Toyota dealerships during my search. I guess business is good at the Toyota dealership in Edmonds because no magic or interest in providing assistance was found there. Saying as much as to not waste their time. I should have looked at the reviews on Yelp before even contacting them. Far better Toyota dealerships in the area and I have enjoyed the friendly service at Rodland Toyota and farther North at the old Wilson Toyota that has recently changed hands and is now Bellingham Toyota. They seem to be starting off on a good foot. If you have time, take a look at the ratings and rankings of Toyota dealerships in Washington State. No surprises. Rodland is near the top, receiving several awards and talk about friendly, that would be Doug LaFave. couldn't be happier!! I was kind of forced to buy a new car (I was rear ended and my car was a total loss) and was very anxious about it. When Mike came out, greeted us and I was kind of forced to buy a new car (I was rear ended and my car was a total loss) and was very anxious about it. When Mike came out, greeted us and started lisening to our needs the process went very soothly. He gave us options and gave us the time to choose the right one. The vechile I wanted was at another shop and he went the extra mile to have my car delievered that same day (or 30 miles since he went to go get my car himself).
