The transaction itself was quite painless and we look forward continuing getting this car as well as our 2nd car serviced at this dealer. We came back to just look at the car on a day Colin was off. We were down to two cars to purchase. One was at another dealership. A young man. Logan, greeted us and drove us to the other lot. He knew we were working with Colin and that didn't make any difference to him. Again, a wonderful experience. He was very respectful and offered to let us take another ride. We declined as this second look helped us decide this was the car we wanted. Our only negative experience came when we worked with Jeff on our financing. Since everything had gone so smoothly we thought this would too. We had decided we did not want to buy any extra warranty. My wife stated that right from the get go. For the first time here we were experiencing an over zealous push. My wife said " No " to him five times. Then he starts trying to sell us a "gap" warranty. We really almost left but we wanted the car and also didn't want Colin to lose a sale. So after a few more "no's" we were signing the finance papers. When my wife was going over the agreement and noticed that the amount we were borrowing was wrong. Jeff looked at the paper work and said it all looked right. My wife said she was sure something was wrong and asked me to go to Colin and get the final figures he had come up with. Colin and right away he came with me to Jeff's office. He saw the error right away and told Jeff that he had entered the wrong price for the car. Jeff said he took the price off of the computer and the figure was something over 18,000. We had agreed to 17,300 and change. Jeff entered the correct amount and in a very short time we signed the papers and took our new car home. We love the car and will continue having our Toyota's serviced at Rodland. More

Despite my efforts to find a better deal, Rodland Toyota made a good offer and believe they offer a fair price on all their vehicles. I found them easy to work and responsive to any queries i had. I have had the car for a week and there are no problems so far (fingers crossed). I highly recommend them to anyone who are looking for a car and not wanting to do too much research.
