Best Experience Yet! This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchase at Rodland Toyota. Colin has been simply a perfect Customer Service Expert. He answered questions and This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchase at Rodland Toyota. Colin has been simply a perfect Customer Service Expert. He answered questions and we even met with him a few weeks earlier to make sure we were going to look at the vehicle that would fit our needs. The Sienna is better than advertized. From the point we told Colin we were ready to purchase, Saturday around 4pm over the phone, we made an appointment for that night and once I walked in the doors it took less than 90 minutes to purchase the vehicle. Paperwork, financing and all, Colin and Tom were spot on with what we wanted, needed and asked for. Also, Colin will give a call every so often just to make sure things are good. More

There was no back and forth like at every other dealer, they were very transparent which I love. We ended up having to special order our Tacoma and it took about a month to get it. Jordan was very patient with my impatience. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the truck and was so helpful in the whole experience. He took about an hour once we got the truck to show us how to work all the new electronics and set up our phones. I was never once frustrated at the process, only excited. More

He explained to me the options of buying vs leasing throughly and went above and beyond in a trade in I was offering as well. I started looking online and was drawn to Rodland Toyota because of all of the great reviews. My wife and I found a truck that I was interested in and stopped in the next day to check it out. We worked with Alex LaFave and he was a very impressive young man. He was extremely helpful and helped me to get into the truck that I wanted. We had a little trouble with financing, but Alex assured us that things would work out. I was able to drive the truck away that day with no problems and the service was fantastic. The paperwork was very quick and we didn't have to wait all day like most places. We were really trying to find a dealership that we can continue to go back to and I think we found it. I was a little disappointed that the truck that I got was not certified but the explanation was that the truck was raised and I understood. More

Excellent customer service We bought a RAV4 through Zach. We found Zach to be very forth right and easy to communicate with.
