sleazy dealership. First we went into this very well prepared. Had consumer report details on new cars and the trade in value on my current Toyota, delar rebates etc. First we went into this very well prepared. Had consumer report details on new cars and the trade in value on my current Toyota, delar rebates etc. The vehicle specs I pulled up from the dealers website in advance was provided to the sales team and we requested 3 vehicles be ready for us to review and drive upon our pre-arranged appointment time (3 hours notice). Uion arrival, none of the vehicles were ready or prepped, none had gas in them so our test drive was limited to one city block. The vehicle configuration we asked to see was not available to view and after we came to an agreement on the vehicle, the one provided, didn't have the power charger, USB adapter in the back seat as shown in previous color vehicle we test drove. We walked on the deal, partly out frustration of having our time wasted and being insulted with an extremely low ball offer on our trade in,. When we asked for our keys back, then didn't bring them to us, We had to stand around while a crew of 8 men all gathered in a circle to chit chat They came back and agreed to the offer, but I believe substituted a lower value car into the purchase, It was horrible, they are sleazy at best but more than likely just dishonest. More

Cathy Schlegel in Service dept got me a loaner car quickly! My wife's Prius had a major tire blowout on the freeway, and she was driving on the temporary mini-spare tire. They (Rodland Toyota) were unable to ge My wife's Prius had a major tire blowout on the freeway, and she was driving on the temporary mini-spare tire. They (Rodland Toyota) were unable to get a replacement tire until Monday (the blowout happened Friday afternoon). It was impractical and not safe for me to drive around for an entire weekend on a mini-spare. Initially they said there were no loaner/rental cars available. However, after my persistence speaking with Cathy Schlegel of the Service Department, she was able to find me a rental, and so on Saturday morning, I dropped off the injured Prius and Cathy set me up with a paid-for Toyota rental (Camry) to use until the car is fixed on Monday. They also offered to complete our 5000 mile service while the car was waiting for the new tire. Thanks Cathy and Rodland Toyota of Everett! More

My salesman, Jordan Lewis went out of his way to answer my questions at the time of sale and afterwards spent extra time with me two days later to explain in depth some of the technical aspects of the new car.
