Needless to say, Doug and his team made this one of the most pleasant experiences ever. They have a customer for life for sure. He is very informative and honest. he took us for the test drive on 2016 highlander in July but I didn't like the look. however, I like the 2017 but it haven't released yet. after 4 months of waiting, I called him back and he got a few coming in. He invited us to come for test drive again. I like him very passionate showing us all the options and not pressure us to buy. He remembered what we told him what we like in July. We change our mind from bench seat to captain seat after we have seen the 2017. He reassures us that is what we like or he will keep looking until we got what we really want.
